Transaction information such as credit card details, billing addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses are required to purchase and activate your purchases of training seats or book an appointment or make other purchases for our Services. We will share that necessary personal information with third parties to process any payment you may make to us. We use service providers such as credit card processing providers and an email service provider. These third parties are prohibited from using your personal information for promotional purposes.

If you provide us with personal information or credit card information about someone else, such as a family member, friend or associate, we will assume that you have their permission to do so. If you do provide us with such third party personal information, we will only use it in the manner you have requested. We will store this information for the sole purpose of processing the payment. Our website offers publicly accessible blogs or community forums. You should be aware that any information you provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others who access them. To request removal of your personal information from our blog or community forum, contact us at contact@lulusoftware.com. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your personal information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why.

Our website includes social media features such as the Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Youtube buttons and widgets. Apusgeo will store personal information only for the time necessary for fulfillment of the purposes for which such Personal Information is collected, or upon your formal request to us to cease storing of your personal data, or as permitted by applicable law. If you would like to request the withdrawal of your Personal Information, please contact the DPO using the details in the Enquiries section below.

While Apusgeo will make all reasonable efforts to store personal information collected by us in a secure server and/or secure files and to keep this information accurate and up-to-date, the Internet is not a secure medium for the transmission of information. Therefore, Apusgeo cannot accept responsibility for, warrant or guarantee, the security of information you send to or receive from Apusgeo over the Internet. You also agree that Apusgeo also will not assume responsibility or liability for any claim, damage or loss connected to the loss of, or unauthorised use of, any personal information, whether by unauthorised access to the server or files or otherwise. Unauthorised access to the Apusgeo server or files, whether to upload or modify information or to use the Contents, is strictly prohibited and may be punishable by law, including, without limitation, the Computer Misuse Act (Cap 50A).

Apusgeo will maintain reasonable technical and organisational security measures to protect Personal Information from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
